Week-end pass: 140 €
The pass includes entrance to all milongas in the centre de congrès as well as to the after party, coffee, tea, water, nibbles and some surprises.
Participation conditions:
* Registration starts on May 18th at 8pm French time.
* Once you have filled in the form, you will receive an automatic reply in your mailbox with your answers. Please make sure to check your spam folder. Registration is not on a first come first served basis.
* A few weeks after we will send you an email specifying if you are accepted or not or if you are on a waiting list. If you are accepted, you will have two weeks to make your payment.
* Participation to the event is conditional upon payment.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Refund:
– You can cancel your participation in the Tango dans les Étoiles Marathon and receive a full refund of the pass until September 21, 2025, provided that we can find a replacement for you.
– After this date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Participation and Registration:
– The marathon is a private event. Only registered dancers who have been selected and have paid their participation fee will be authorized to participate.
– The pass is personal, you cannot transfer or share it.
– We reserve the right to accept only one of the two partners if you register as a couple.
– Please indicate your real first and last name on the registration form as well as during payment by bank transfer.
– If you receive an acceptance email, you will have 10 days to proceed with the payment of the Marathon fees.
– We are a non-profit association under the French law of 1901, and we are volunteers. By paying the marathon fees, you automatically become a member.
– Your registration will be effective if you make the payment within the given deadline.
– Any bank charges are your responsibility. Please add any fees that may be applied by your bank to the pass amount.
– Registration is possible individually or as a couple. The order of registration does not influence the selection. A group of 250 tango enthusiasts will be formed, with gender parity respected. The objective is to create a friendly atmosphere, encourage encounters and geographical diversity, while ensuring the quality of the dance and respect among participants.
– The team reserves the right to modify the marathon program.
– We also reserve the right to exclude a participant if they are responsible for inappropriate behavior, without the possibility of a refund.
Protection of Personal Data:
– The Tango dans les étoiles Association, in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, informs you that it is committed to respecting the privacy of users. The processing of personal data will be integrated into a file for which it is responsible.
– The data we request from you will be used for the functions necessary for the Association. This data will not be communicated to third parties, unless with your express authorization.
– At any time, you can request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition concerning your personal data by sending an e-mail to the following address: marathondanslesetoiles@gmail.com, mentioning your name, identity number, and clearly expressing your wish to no longer receive information.
Image Rights:
– By participating in our event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes, to illustrate our activities, or for archiving.
– We are committed to respecting the dignity and image of individuals. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us explicitly.
